INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS

Sound therapy, breathwork & Yoga Nidra can open to deep subtle shifts for greater life fulfillment and balance for mind-body-spirit. In combination, they are very effective ways to improve everyday well being.

Every session is based on practical outcomes to achieve the goals of the client. This varies as some people need simply to destress as a one off session. While others are looking for more focused support, which can look like shift habitual patterns, want to release trauma, or work on the foundations of wholeness/spiritual practices. Whatever the case, Ash uses a varied skill set to work with clients with where they’re at.

The process is very accessible. It’s not digging up the psychological depths. Generally shifts on the first session come with the experience of

  • slower brain wave states,

  • a more regulated nervous system

  • recovery from life stress.

This allows stillness to arise in the body & mind, which is a part of our body’s natural function to allow self healing & restoration to occur.

With ongoing sessions, these attributes are cultivated into embodied awareness which support greater shifts towards inner psychological and spiritual wholeness.

All sessions are held in a safe & inclusive space.

  • Immersive Sound Bath - 60min

    Using sound, aromatherapy, sense deprivation & breath, people are brought into deep body relaxation & mind stillness.


    This is a gentle way to restore from life's stresses or calm your nervous system. A passive experience that enhances well being that is akin to deep meditation.

    This helps bring regulate the nervous system, creating a sense of safety in the body, & for restoration to occur.

    All sessions are personalized & curated. Ongoing sessions lead to a deepening the journey of self awareness & stillness of mind.

  • Sound Thearpy, Breath Work & Yoga Nidra - 90min

    Balance from life's stress & to calm the nervous system.

    This session cultivate the self healing rhythms of the body & mind. Through inquiry, sound & guided breath patterns we explore what the individual is wanting to get from these modality’s. Seeing what feels out of balance, so we can start to see how things may shift. This can range from

    - stronger embodied body & nervous system awareness

    - releasing held emotions, physical tensions or anxieties

    - learning stronger coping mechanisms that are triggered by environments or situations

    - to simply exploring the sound & breath & trusting whatever comes up.


    Ongoing sessions can lead clients to deeper inner shifts with greater capacity to face their our own particular life challenges.

  • Ongoing Session - 60-75min

    Ongoing sessions provide more grounding in the shifts individuals wish to develop.

    It can time to create shifts or create new patterns. Support is essentially a process to keep focused & cultivate long lasting benefits of these practices. and make shifts for unfolding growth.


    It’s also an opportunity to see how other modalities can support the shifts. Each modality has it’s own strength and each person relates to the modality differently. We may think we need strong release, but sometimes we need stillness and rest.

    By cultivating familiarity with the practice of sound bathing, breathwork, or nidra, you develop your own practice with modalities. This allows people to confidently step into group session from other practitioners & maintain your well being in more of a generalized sense

Based in Hobart, lutruwita (Tasmania) Ash travels the world to learn from different cultural perspectives of sound and music.

Operating a multifaceted and unique well being practice, he holds space for people wanting to make positives shift on the physical, mental, emotional & spiritual levels. Operating in person, online & for groups, This is a base where sound medicine, inner shifts & practical tools are entwined for people looking to gain skills for greater fulfillment

Personal study also greatly informs Ash’s practice and way of life. Webs of knowledge are drawn from Eastern philosophy’s, earth based knowledge systems, art therapy, & deep listening.
